Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for any services after they are performed.
There will be no refunds given to any gift card purchases. Gift cards can be used by someone other than the original person assigned to gift card.
Retail products may be returned one time within 14 days of purchase with a full refund and valid receipt.
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you! We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
We want to provide a respectful relationship between our clients and professionals!
Any cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice is subject to a 50% charge of service unless otherwise discussed with staff. Please call or message us within this 24 hour time frame for any changes.
NO CALL/NO SHOW: Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged their full-service amount. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on-call" status and could have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as makeup for the lost revenue.
Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely.
There may be a time when an appointment may be unfulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, power outage, family emergencies within staff members and etc). We will re-schedule your appointment at your earliest convenience and will communicate with you as soon as we are made aware. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
We cannot see any clients who are more than 10 minutes late to their appointments. Our appointments are specially timed to accommodate a fantastic facial experience, check out, clean up, and set up for the next client. A charge of 50-100% may be applied due to it being considered a "missed appointment". Please call ahead of time if you are running late to avoid charge.
FEDERAL HOLIDAYS - Glow Facial Bar is closed on all major holidays. A week before any holiday, we charge the full amount of the service being done in advance to minimize no shows. Refunds will not be given if the client does not show up or communicate this in advance.
FACIAL PARTIES - We take time to ensure party bookings are organized and that enough time is reserved so that your party can enjoy the services booked. If you need to cancel or reduce your party size, you must do so at least 7 DAYS PRIOR to your party reservation. ANY NO SHOWS will result in 100% charge of original booking. Any cancellations within 7 days will result in 50% charge of original booking.
